Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Stay Strange, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for any activity that occurs on your account.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction, to hold an account.

You retain ownership of the observations you log. By posting, you grant Stay Strange a worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and analyse the content for the purposes of running the service — including pattern detection across the community, subject to the Privacy Policy.

Do not post content that is unlawful, harassing, or infringes another person's rights. We may remove content or accounts that violate these Terms.

No scraping, reverse engineering, or automated access outside published APIs.

No attempts to identify other users from anonymised or aggregated data.

No submission of another person's private information without their permission.

Features labelled Experimental, Beta, or Developer Preview may be incomplete, unstable, or change without notice. Do not rely on them for critical workflows.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Contact support, or by emailing hello@staystrange.app.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these Terms.

Stay Strange is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stay Strange is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app and via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
